Who We Are

The Dynamics for the Supervision of Vulnerable Persons (DEPV)

We are a Non-Governmental Organization created in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa), whose main goal is to assist and supervise vulnerable people.

These people include widowers, orphans, street children (destitute), people living with disabilities (blind, deaf, albino, short person, mental illness). We are those who think of the rights and abilities of others despite their physical and social conditions

Our Objectives

By 2040, in the DRC and around the world, have and develop a harmonious, promising social environment; opportunities and esteem for people, sometimes vulnerable in particularly difficult situations, where they are respected and listened to at all levels of local, national and international development in accordance with humanitarian principles whose purpose is respect for human dignity, access to the improvement of human living conditions, peace and security.

Other Objectives

  • Provide humanitarian assistance and carry out charitable actions with vulnerable populations due to political, ethnic, economic or social oppression, war, disaster, ecological threat or any other emergency or underdevelopment situation, in order to meet their vital needs.
  • The implementation of any action intended to promote the development of people with disabilities, dependence, loss of autonomy or social difficulties and to ensure their integration into the different areas of life.
  • The creation and management of services and establishments for the benefit of people with disabilities, dependency, loss of autonomy or social difficulties intended to welcome and/or accompany them by setting up:
  1. The equipment necessary to complete existing public facilities
  2. new forms of education, training and social and professional integration, maintenance of social ties and achievements
  3. cultural activities
  4. leisure and holiday centers
  5. assistance to their families
  6. legal assistance of disadvantaged children and children in conflict with the law
